With the Cataclysm expansion on the horizon, the old leveling zones in World of Warcraft will soon be disappearing. For this reason, some folks are leveling the old fashioned way through each zone from 1-60, just to see the old zones one more time before they are gone or revamped. But some people want to get up in levels quickly. For this, we have the RAF power leveling guide.
RAF stands for recruit a friend. It is a system in WoW where you send an invite to World of Warcraft to a friend’s email. The friend signs up for a WoW account, you level together and get triple XP benefits, and a special zhevra or rocket mount at the end of your leveling benefits.
RAF power leveling is typically done through having a level 80 character run you and your RAF partner through dungeons. This is the RAF power leveling guide benefit, where you essentially get to breeze through levels and avoid questing altogether. It is equally fast and efficient with normal leveling, and requires a lot less running around to get from one quest zone to the other.
On top of that, you won’t run into the hitch of outleveling all your quests and zones as you typically do with RAF.
You can also RAF on your own by just sending yourself a trial invite (well, another email account you own) and then booting up two WoW clients at the same time. Then either run yourself through dungeons with a level 80 you have on another account, or get a friend to do it for you.
You do not have to keep your RAF account, so don’t worry about having to pay for two or three accounts.
This is the simplest way to level in World of Warcraft without having to quest or deal with the hassle of leveling normally. If you prefer instance leveling or power leveling but don’t want to risk account compromising through some power leveling service, RAF leveling is a way around the problem.
